Stand in front of the mirror.

Gently squeeze your shoulder blades back and down, slowly raise your hands as high over your head as comfortable while taking a deep breath in. Slowly lower your hands back down while breathing out. Relax for one to two seconds, then repeat five times.

Wash your hands.

Warm five drops of Velettà Cleansing Oil between your palms and press your hands to your face. Inhale deeply then exhale. Do this three times

Massage the Cleansing Oil into your skin using upward strokes.

Remove the oil using a warm cloth.

Place four small dots of Nourishing Moisturiser on your face: one on your forehead, one on each cheek and one on your chin. Massage this into the skin using upward strokes. Use your finger tips to push the skin upwards, bringing oxygen to the face.

Warm three drops of Rejuvenating Oil between the palms and press onto the face.

Inhale and exhale deeply three times. Massage it into the skin using the instructions for the Velettà Uplifting and Enlivening Facial Massage or the Velettà Face Massager.

Face the day.

Wash your hands

Close your eyes, lower your shoulders and concentrate on breathing deeply in and out. While breathing in, think about something positive from your day. While breathing out, repeat a mantra that resonates with you. For instance, “I am enough”, I have got this” to even “I will sleep like a queen”.

Open your eyes. Keep your breath constant.

Warm five drops of Velettà Cleansing Oil between your palms and press your hands to your face. Massage the cleansing oil into your skin using upward strokes. Run a fingertip over each set of eyelashes (using a drop on each tip)

Remove the oil using a warm cloth.

On Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, massage two or three pumps of Velettà Youthful Glow AHA Radiance Treatment into the skin (do not use it if you have already used the Velettà Purifying Mask that evening). Give it a few moments to absorb.

Smooth a small amount of Velettà Youthful Glow Intensive Hydrating Treatment over the face. Massage it into the skin using upward strokes.

Seal the products using two or three drops of Rejuvenating Oil warmed between the palms and pressed onto the face. Massage the Rejuvenating Oil into the skin using upward strokes, following the Velettà Uplifting and Enlivening Facial Massage or using Velettà FaceMassager

Remove the oil using a warm cloth.

Activate three level teaspoons of powder with about one teaspoon of liquid to form a mousse. You can use water, green tea or liquid honey. Smooth over your face and neck (avoiding the eye and lip area) with fingertips or a clean brush. Wait until it is dry or nearly dry. Using wet hands, gently massage the mask into the skin.

Roll the mask off the skin (you can do this in the shower or the bath) and remove the residue with a warm cloth.
